Delivery Options
You've chosen your items, now how shall we get them to you?
To help you make a decision on which delivery option to choose, we've put together the information below of everything that we can offer you.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are sent to our warehouse team at 8am each day, Monday to Friday. This means that on each working day we will pick and send out any orders that were placed on previous working day (or over the weekend if it's a Monday), along with any orders that have been placed up until 8am on that same day.
If your order is placed over a weekend or on a UK bank holiday it will be dispatched on the next available working day.
We hope we've made that easy to understand but just in case it's not, here's an example. If you placed your order at 7am on a Friday morning it would be dispatched from us on the same day. An order placed on a Friday at 4pm would be dispatched after the weekend, on the next working day, which would be Monday.
We are a family company based in the UK and we currently only mail orders to the UK.
The delivery costs below apply to all addresses that have a UK postcode format, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Standard Delivery - Estimated 2 to 3 Days from Dispatch
Our standard delivery option costs £4.50 and is mailed using Royal Mail 48 post.
Royal Mail estimate delivery in 2-3 days from dispatch. This is not a fully trackable delivery service but you will receive a delivery confirmation number that will allow you to see when your order has been delivered. It will also allow you to arrange redelivery of the parcel if you are out when Royal Mail try to deliver.
Express Delivery - Estimated 1 to 2 Days from Dispatch
Our express delivery option costs £5.75 and is mailed using Royal Mail 24 post.
Perfect for when you need it a little bit quicker than usual, Royal Mail estimate delivery in 1-2 days from dispatch. This is also not a fully trackable delivery service but you will receive a delivery confirmation number that will allow you to see when your order has been delivered. It will also allow you to arrange redelivery of the parcel if you are out when Royal Mail try to deliver.
Next Working Day Delivery
Need something urgently? If you order by 1pm on any working day, Monday to Friday, we can get your order delivered to you by 1pm on the following working day.
The delivery service we use for this option is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. The cost for this service is £13.60.
Orders placed after 1pm on any working day, or over a weekend, will be despatched the following working day. For instance, an order placed after 1pm on Friday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Notes on Next Day Delivery:
- Our working days for dispatch are Monday to Friday and this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all UK public holidays.
- Personal addresses - Working days for delivery are Monday to Saturday and so this excludes Sundays and all UK public holidays.
- Business addresses - Working days for delivery are Monday to Friday only and so this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all UK public holidays.
Collection in Person
We're sorry but we cannot currently offer in person collections.
Delays to Parcels in Busy Periods
We would usually expect your order to be with you in the timescales we quote above. However, there may be occasions when possible delivery delays may happen, such as the last weeks of the build up to Christmas or in the case of extreme weather conditions in the UK, such as snow. In these instances we'd ask you to be patient with our delivery partners and give them a couple of extra days to get your order to you. If you've done this and you're still concerned, please do get in touch with us and we'll do our upmost to help you.
